Criteria:
Count to music (clap and stomp)
Plank 10 seconds (on land)
Seated pik 10 seconds (on land)
Lying supine (in the water) without buoyancy aids
(see basic position 1 in the Fina book)
Assume meatball position on pool edge and roll in water backwards
and backwards
Tub (assume basic position 15 in the Fina book from the stretched back position,
rotate 180 degrees and rotate back 180 degrees, assume stretched back position)
