Criteria:
Demonstrate a music program to the beat (coaches may clap the beat)
Entry ending with a land position
Dive with legs and feet extended
Forward crossover (any tempo, see basic movement 6a in the Fina book)
Ballet leg (see figure 101 in the Fina book)
Step up without arms
Sideways eggbeater with any arm movement, two arms up
Plumb position 10 shovel steps (between ankle and knee)
Split and splits position with straight front leg, parallel hips and v
ertical torso (on land)
