The swim pin needle rules for the Splasher blue.
The dipping test
The swimmer shall dip his head under the water five times.
Bubble test
The swimmer must breathe in, hold his breath and blow under the water. This should be repeated five times.
Sliding test
The swimmer must slide in the water for 5 seconds with straight and forward arms, the face shall be under the water surface. Exit can be done and the test can be carried out where the marker is bottomed. Hand rest with a plate or swim can be used. The moment is repeated five times.
